FRA Surveying and Consultation Services is a young firm anchored on a long-experienced field crew. We measure land the way it should be measured — carefully, verifiably, and with the client on the file until the paper issues.
[ 01 ] Company Story
Formed in 2024, forged over ten years.
FRA Surveying was formally registered as a company in 2024, but the engineers who run it have been on the ground since the mid-2010s — running subdivision surveys in Bulacan, relocating disputed corners in Caloocan, and closing titling files at the DENR when others walked away.
We chose to formalize under one banner so clients get a single accountable partner from field to filing — no more chasing individual freelancers when the plan needs a correction or the LRA asks for one more affidavit.

To deliver defensible geodetic data to every Filipino landowner — so that ownership, construction and inheritance stand on measurements that hold up in court, in city hall, and on the ground.
